Laura Alice Scaturro founded EVE CAPITAL in 2021, a firm built on 25+ years of experience as a broker associate, entrepreneur, and principal. She leads with strategic foresight, guiding clients and agents through market shifts with data-driven agility and a commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and exceptional service.



Her career began in the early 1990s, converting warehouses into creative office in Northern & Southern California. Her experience evolved through roles in property management, bookkeeping, brokerage, and leadership at Coldwell Banker Commercial and Marcus & Millichap, where she headed The LA Group, the largest all female brokerage team in the company nationwide.



Laura Alice serves in national advisory roles that help to shape the future of commercial real estate:
