Resourcing of Healthcare Supply and Support

Rev. Dr. Elbert Kim

Rev. Elbert Kim is an ordained minister in the United Methodist Church, having served various churches throughout southern California since 1999. His undergraduate education in engineering enables him to address the technical challenges of ministry in modern times. Yet his passion for biblical studies and connecting people to the love of Christ are what led him to pursue the Master of Divinity at Claremont School of Theology and his doctorates in church leadership from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. Elbert served as the Registrar for the Board of Ordained Ministry (2012-2020) and currently is the Candidacy Registrar. Elbert is the pastor of Camarillo United Methodist Church, a neighborhood church with a special emphasis for providing medical supplies to those in need throughout Ventura County. As the cost of healthcare services and supplies increases, the ministry meets the need in caring and supporting the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.
