Eileen is the current and founding Executive Director of the Electric Transportation Community Development Corporation (ETcommunity). After 12 years, Eileen retired, in August 2022, as the Executive Director of the California Electric Transportation Coalition (CalETC). ETcommunity is an organization dedicated to working with communities to ensure the environmental and jobs benefits are realized in all communities, particularly those most impacted by air pollution and/or economic disparity.

Prior to becoming the Executive Director CalETC, Eileen worked in California State government for over 15 years, Deputy Secretary for the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) and in various positions at the California Air Resources Board. Her entire career has been dedicated to clean transportation, fuels and a more diverse transportation vehicle and fuel future to benefit the environment and California’s economy.
