Nelson Menendez

Nelson Menendez (NMLS 205111) is a Community Lending Officer for Bank of America.  On a day to day basis he works closely with low to moderate income and multicultural clients to help them achieve their dream of homeownership.  A seasoned professional with 27 years of mortgage banking experience, Nelson has held positions in all areas of the mortgage business helping him get a full understanding of how to structure transactions to ensure a smooth process.  He is most proud of his daughter attending Santa Clara University who’s expected to graduate with a Finance/Spanish major in 2022.
