Gloria Lee

Founder and Partner - Swift Lee Office

Gloria Lee is a founder and partner at Swift Lee Office and has been practicing architecture for nearly 25 years. Gloria is a native of Seoul, Korea, and received her Master's degree in Architecture from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Gloria has served on several non-profit organizations, notably as a board member and treasurer for the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture Urban Design (2008-2013); as the current president and board director of the Korea Arts Foundation of America (2009 – present), and as past president and current secretary of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation (2003 – present). She was the Oberdick Teaching and Research Fellow at the University of Michigan from 2001-2002, and since has taught at Southern California Institute of Architecture, USC, and Harvard University’s summer program and has been a guest critic at USC, UCLA, Sci-Arc, Otis, and Woodbury.
