Steve S Kim is President & CEO of GSD Partners, which he founded in 2003 to carry out zoning research, land use analysis and entitlement processing for hundreds of complex residential, commercial, industrial and restaurant hospitality groups, including Vermont Metro Residential / commercial Project, City Center on 6th Shopping Complex, and Southwestern Student Housing Project in City of Los Angeles.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors including 10 years (1993-2002) serving as Asian American Deputy to Mayor Richard J Riordan and as Chief Urban Planning / Transportation Policy and economic development Deputy to Councilman Nate Holden of Tenth Council District.   Steve has also served as Special Assistant to CA State Assembly Speaker Herb J Wesson and State Senator Kevin Murray.
Steve has served on KA Federation of LA, KA Chamber of Commerce and  Advisory Council on Unification of North and South Korea.
