Bruce Quan

Bruce is a retired attorney and law professor. A fifth generation Californian, he has been active in social justice and civil rights community causes since college at UC Berkeley in the mid 1960s. As an undergraduate, he was involved with the founding of the Ethnic Studies Department in 1970, serving as instructor and administrator. Thereafter, as a law student at the Berkeley Law School, he served as student body president of UC and clerked for the Senate Watergate Committee.
